28 GHz Spectrum Access
Transfinite can provide access to spectrum within the UK to parts of the 28 GHz band. We own the spectrum licence 28 GHz Sub-national 1, with rights to the 28.0525 – 28.1645 GHz band paired with 29.0605 – 29.1725 GHz, and are able to offer spectrum access to any organisation requiring a licence for a fixed link or satellite earth station within these bands.
We can provide easy to use and rapid access via a flexible legal framework and online link application and planning tools using our in-house Visualyse SM. It is based upon Ofcom TFACs including the planning algorithms, quality targets, interference thresholds, and ETSI standards, ensuring your Fixed Link is planned correctly and protected from harmful interference.
Visualyse SM includes complete planning and licence verification services, and support rapid deployment and flexible terms, including PtP and PtMP systems, and using advanced technologies such as adaptive modulation. We are able to specify and upload new antenna and equipment specifications, to ensure we match your requirements.
Our software is designed for technology neutral licensing and is able to undertake detailed interference analysis between PtP FS, PtMP FS, and satellite earth stations – automatically.
