Agenda Item Description
Agenda 1.6 Regulatory measures to protect non-GSO MSS feeder links from RLANs in 5150 - 5250 MHz
Agenda 1.19 Study the criteria and process for the resolution of possible cases of misappplication of non-GSO FSS single entry limits under S22
Agenda 1.29 Frequency sharing in the range 37.5 - 50.2 GHz between GSO FSS networks and non-GSO FSS systems
Agenda 1.29 Development of procedures in case the operational or additional operational limits in S22 are exceeded
Agenda 1.30 Consider possible changes to the produces for the advanced publication, coordination and notification of satellite networks.
Agenda 1.32 Protection of the radio astronomy service in the 42.5-43.5 GHz band, including 1) study of the provisional PFD limits given in S5, 2) identify technical and operational limits including mitigation techniques that could be used to protect RA stations from BSS and FSS space stations
Agenda 1.37 To consider the regulatory and technical provisions for highly elliptical orbits
Agenda 1.39 To examine the requirements in the FSS below 17 GHz for TT&C of FSS networks operating above 17 GHz
[Resolution 139] Study the technical, operational and regulatory aspects of the current and expected future use of FSS allocations for DTH TV broadcasting
[Resolution 76] Protection of GSO FSS and BSS networks from aggregate EPFD produced by multiple non-GSO FSS systems including 1) methodology for calculating aggregate EPFD, 2) accurate modelling of interference from non-GSO into GSO networks, 3) procedures to be used by non-GSO operators when the aggregate EPFD limits are exceeded, 4) measures to identify the interference levels from non-GSO systems in excess of the aggregate limits.
[Resolution 137] Further studies of the sharing conditions between GSO networks and non-GSO systems in the FSS to 1) develop methodologies to assess the operational and additional operational EPFD levels that may used to compare against the relevant limits, 2) develop data formats that can be used to describe the non-GSO systems in sufficient detail for assessments of the operational and additional operational limits, 3) develop methodologies for generation of continuous EPFD vs % time curves for other GSO ES antenna diameters than those in the limit tables, 4) develop methodologies for generation of continuous EPFD vs % time curves for GSO satellite beamwidths other than those in the limit tables, 5) study the sharing criteria that may be applied during coordination between non-GSO FSS systems
[Resolution 138] Study the necessity and suitability of spectrum for non-GSO FSS (earth to space) gateway operations
